腹腔镜微创手术治疗门静脉高压症

Laparoscopic splenectomy and portozygos disconnection procedure

目的腹腔镜微创手术治疗门静脉高压症的方法.方法 2001年9月～2004年11月,6例患门脉高压、脾功能亢进病人接受了手助式腹腔镜胃底周围血管离断脾切除术.结果 6例顺利完成手术,术中出血量100～1600 ml左右,手术时间235±98 min左右,手助式方法处理脾门和胃底周围血管,6例病人按期出院,无并发症发生.结论腹腔镜微创手术治疗门静脉高压症是一种安全微创而效果良好的手术,达到了经济、安全、简便易行.

Objective To reports our experience of hand-assisted laparoscopic megalosplenic resection and portozygos disconnection（HLMRPD）. Methods Six patients with splenomegaly posthepatitis had been done by HLMRPD in September,2001 and Nov,2004 respectively. Results All 6 patients recovered smoothly without any postoperative complications. Conclusion The HLMRPD is an effective and convenient minimally invasive surgery operation.
