完全性心上型肺静脉畸形引流的治疗

The superior approach for correction of the supracardiac type of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection

目的探讨完全性心上型肺静脉畸形引流的治疗方法。方法手术治疗3例,在全麻体外循环下行矫治术。2例采用联合法,1例采用心上法。结果3例均存活,无远期死亡。结论心上法矫治完全性心上型肺静脉畸形引流可获得良好的显露和足够大的吻合口,手术对心脏的损伤小,可降低术后心律失常的发生率。

Objective To describe the different approach for correction of supracardiac total anomalous pulmonary venous return. Methods Three cases was performed under CPB. Two cases were used mix method,1 case was performed under the superior approach. Results There was no operative death. Conclusion The superior approach for correction of the supracardiac type of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection can provide a better operative view and less injury. The postoperative morbidity of arrthymia is low.
