The 2005 Acupuncture Symposium of the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies （WFAS） convened in Lisbon, Portugal from 4th to the 6th November 2005 （Photo 1, inside back cover）. This symposium was undertaken by the A. P. A. E. The theme was “New Ways, New World： 21^st century medicine”.
