摘要
采用文献资料、人体测量、追踪调查、数理统计以及实验研究对照等方法,对浙江传媒学院100名在校女生进行为期两个月的水中有氧健身运动锻炼。结果表明:练习者在实验后体重没有明显的下降而身体各部分皮脂测试值、身体围度指标降低,心肺功能有显著的提高,张性肌力、柔韧素质均有相应的改善;同时水中有氧健身运动对练习者的体育意识与行为有着长远的正面影响。
By using the method - doing research on some documentary, materials, doing body - measuring, making detailed investigation, doing statistics and contrasting during the experiments, we have been helping the 100 girls do the aerobic exercise in water for 2 months. The reeuh indicated:these girls have little change on their weight; the testing results of sebaceous glands and body fall; the function of heart and lung improve obviously; The strcngth and flexibility both increase; The aerobic exercise in water does positive long - term influence on sport consciousness and sport behaviors of the girls.
