强化攻击性防守在高校篮球专项课教学中的应用研究

The Applied Research on how to Strong then Aggressive Defenses to the Basketball Specialties Teaching in Higher Education

采用专家访问法、数理统计法、文献资料法,对加强攻击性防守在高校篮球专项课教学中的应用进行了研究分析。结果表明:实验组在抢断次数、封盖和后场篮板球等指标上明显高于对照组,因此在防守教学中,应着重加强攻击性防守的教学。

Through the methods of interview, statistics and philology, this paper analyses that how to strengthen the consciousness and ability of aggressive defenses in basketball specialties teaching. The result indicates that the experimental group is obviously better than the comparison group in stealing and so on. So, it is necessary to strengthen the consciousness and ability of aggressive defenses in basketball specialties teaching.
