苏州市外资企业职工参与健身活动的现状调查分析

The Jiangsu City Foreign Capital Enterprise Staff Participates in the Fitness Activity the Present Situation

采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈数理统计等方法,对苏州外资企业职工健身活动的现状进行调查。结果显示:外企男职工参与健身活动的积极性比女职工高;他们参与健身活动的动机、内容、形式和场所表现出多元化特征;周末或节假日是外企职工主要的健身活动时间段,而工作忙、缺乏活动场所和指导是影响外资企业职工进行健身活动的主要原因。

Adopting the methods of the documints and materials,questionnaire investlgation,visiting to experts and mathematical statistics etc, we have surveyed current situation of Suzhou overseas- founded enterprise worker＇s body building. The result shows： Enthusiasm of building up body of rain working in foreign enterprise is higher than that of femald employes;They demonstrate the pluralistic characteristic in the motive, content,form and place of participationg in body building; Weekend or festival is the main body buioding time slot of worker of foreign enterprise o day, it is the main reason that influence the worker of overseas - funded enterprise to carry on body building to be busy ,lack the playground and guide.
