摘要
“三层次、全程化”实践教学模式,是将远程开放教育法学专业的实践教学分为基础性、拓展性、研究性三个层次,由浅入深地将实践教学贯穿于法学专业(本科)的教学全过程,使学生全方位地接受由易到难、由简到繁、由浅到深的实践训练,从而成为具有创新能力的法律职业人才。本文提出这一教学模式的构想,随后又在教学实践中对这一实践教学模式进行了探索性实施,并总结出一套具体教学流程。
Practical teaching of distance law contains three levels: basement, development and research, and the model is carried out in whole process of teaching step by step. The students trained will become the legal professional with innovative ability. In 2003 the writer put forward this idea in one paper. In the following two years this model has been applied to the practice, and proved to be effective. At last the detail teaching processing has been concluded on how to carry out this model.
