Because of the invention and development of technology, the coming of global economy and information times , has made less and less work opportunities for the laborers, the press of unemployment is perplexing the whole society. Although every country is improving national quality, expanding social demands, trying to creat many work opportunities for all kinds of fields, but under the condition of lacking for many ceremonial works, how to create work opportunities for thousands of people has become the pressing problem in this century.
