On the Knowledge Structure of Complex Talents in Art Education

美术教育人才的培养问题始终是美术教育理论与实践的核心问题之一。以美术教育的时代发展趋向 为背景，结合目前我国美术教育事业改革及教学实践，探寻既遵循艺术规律又尊重美术教育人才自身发展特点的新型美 术教育理念与培养机制，是当代美术教育面向世界、面向未来的价值取向和现实要求。基于此。本文意在强调在“以人为 本”的前提下，从美术教育与“师范性”特色及其关系的双重视角出发，深刻论述了科学合理的知识结构和“营养配餐”是 培养多能一专复合型美术教育人才的重要因素和理想追求。

Training the educational talents is the core of art education theory and practice. Based on the trend of art education, combining the reform and practice of Chinese art education, exploring the mechanism of art rules and persons with specialty, are the requirement of modern fine art education. This paper emphasizs ＂People Foremost＂, and the science knowledge structure which is the basic factor and complex educational talents training.
