摘要
茶叶是与可可、咖啡并列的世界三大饮料之一。20世纪80年代以来,中国、印度、斯里兰卡、肯尼亚和印尼是世界茶叶市场的五大出口国。从“国家钻石”模型来看,政府对茶叶产业的扶持是导入新的生产要素,是调整茶叶经营主体要素结构缺陷的重要方式。而茶叶企业的自主创新和产业化则是提升茶叶国际竞争力的关键。
Tea is one of three drinks such as tea, coca and coffer. China, India, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Indonesia are the main five tea export countries in the world since the 1980s. On the basis of “National Diamond Model”, the govemmental supporting tea industry is based on using new production factors and on adjusting the shortage of factors structure of tea management bodies. Self innovation and industrialization of tea enterprises are the key to promoting intemational competence of China tea.
