膀胱癌中乙酰肝素酶与MMP-2表达的意义

摘要 目的探讨乙酰肝素酶(heparanase)和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)表达与膀胱移行细胞癌发生、发展关系。方法应用S-P免疫组化染色法,检测108例膀胱移行细胞癌乙酰肝素酶与MMP-2的表达情况。结果在膀胱移行细胞癌中乙酰肝素酶和MMP-2阳性率分别为Ⅰ级38.2%、26.5%,Ⅱ级61.8%、66.7%,Ⅲ级77.1%、80.0%;乙酰肝素酶与MMP-2阳性率与膀胱移行细胞癌的病理分级、临床分期密切相关(P<0.01)。结论乙酰肝素酶和MMP-2高表达与膀胱移行细胞癌生物学特性密切相关,检测乙酰肝素酶与MMP-2表达有助于膀胱移行细胞癌生物学性能的判断。 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of heparanase and matrix metalloproteinase ( MMP-2 ) in bladder transitional cell cancinoma. Methods The expression of heparanase and MMP-2 in 108 cases of bladder transitional cell cancer was detected by streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rates of heparanase and MMP-2 were as follows: Grade Ⅰ :38.2% ,26.5% ;Grade Ⅱ :61.8% ,66.7% ;grade llI :77. 1% , 80.0% (P〈0. 01 ) ,respectively. Significant relation of positive expression of heparanase and MMP-2 with degree, stage of tumor and the high rate of recurrence and survival were observed. Conclusions The positive expression of heparanase and MMP-2 is significantly related to the biological behavior of bladder transitional cell cancinoma. The determination of heparanase and MMP-2 will be useful in predicting tumor biological behavior.
