摘要
建立顺畅的退出机制是风险投资取得成功的基础,近几年我国的风险投资发展速度滞缓,找不到有效的退出机制是症结所在。经过分析得出,解决风险投资退出的问题,中国需要建立一个以主板和创业板市场为主的多层次市场交易体系,并且给出健全该体系的一些建议。
An in-depth analysis is made on the present withdrawal system of venture capital in China. A conclusion is drawn that an integrated market transaction system must be built to facilitate the withdrawal of venture capital and several suggestions are made to build this system.
