摘要
目的研究适合临床的IP性能测试方法并探讨CRIP实际使用寿命。方法根据CR系统影像处理“四象限”理论,调整相关象限参数,去除后处理影响,使整个CR系统如同屏/片组合。利用这种IP性能测试方法对20块IP进行铝梯及线对卡测试,所得数据进行统计学分析,以判断IP使用寿命。结果在万次曝光范围内,使用不同次数的IP性能无显著性差异(P>0.05);IP淘汰原因主要是机械划伤、异物擦伤。结论在CR运行过程中应注重使用环境、机械维护、使用方法的重要性,以延长IP使用寿命,减少成本消耗。
Objective To study a test method of performance for IP that is suitable for clinical practice as well as to evaluate the actual using life of CR IP.Method According to the "four quadrant theory" in image processing of CR system, we adjusted relevant quadrant parameters, removed the influence of post-processing, to make the CR system as a assemble screen/ film. Using this method, we used aluminum ladder and bar phantoms to test 20 pieces of [P, and analyzed the data statistically to evaluate the using life of [P.Result Under the limit of 10, 000 exposures, the function of different [P with different used times, was no significant different (P〉0.05).The main reasons for [P failure were mechanical injury and foreign body scratch.Conclusion It is worth to emphasize the importance of using environment, mechanical protection and using method in CR running, which will do good to prolong the using life of IP and decrease cost consumption.
