摘要
专家系统属于人工智能的研究领域,它以人类专家的知识为基础并补充人类专家在知识上的不足,能够有效解决各种临床问题,已经被广泛的应用在医疗诊断及最近出现的网络咨询方面。本文概述了医学专家系统的研究现状、目前存在的主要问题和发展趋势。
Expert systems（ES）, which are a branch of artificial intelligence（AI）, has been widely used in different applications to solve real-life problems that require expert human intelligence as an effective alternative to supplement the dearth of human experts in a narrow domain of applications, including medical diagnosis and more recently in network consultation. This paper analyzes and synthesizes the medical expert systems and summarizes the latest research developments and clinical application in the field of medical diagnosis. Further, the paper points out a number of problems to be solved and the direction of research and development in future.
