雄风万里正起航——127艘国内航行优质船获CSAD船级

127 high quality domestic ships are awarded “CSAD ”class

为了改善我国航运水平,打造一支高质量的国内航行船队,2004年,中国船级社(CCS)启动了国内航行船舶入级工作。2005年8月,颁发了首批临时入级证书。交通部副部长徐祖远对此给予了高度评价:“CCS在国内航行船舶中实施和推广入级业务的做法很好。国内船舶入级服务可为船舶投资者、使用者提供风险识别和商业信誉标志,有利于集聚船队结构性调整所需的资金,从源头上为水上安全提供基础性保障。”正是按照徐祖远副部长“认真总结经验,务实推行该项业务发展”的批示,2005年11月26日,CCS召开了“船级委员会国内分委会成立大会暨第一次全体会议”,百余艘国内航行优质船率先获船级确认,“CSAD”由此郑重登上中国航运的历史舞台。

As we all know, China＇s domestic shipping has been on a low level for a long time. In 2004. in order to improve Chinese shipping level and build up a high quality domestic shipping fleet, CCS launched its classification service for domestic ships. In August 2005, CCS Shanghai Branch held a ceremony for issuing the interim classification certificate to the tirst group of domestic ships. Vice minister of China MOC Xu Zuyuan made a high comment on this process by saying ＂It is e good thing that CCS implements and spreads classification service for domestic ships, Classification of domestic ships ca n provide the ship＇s investors and operators with risk identification and distinct marks of commercial credit, is useful to gather necessary capital to adjust the fleet structure and offers a guarantee to the safety of waterborne transportation from the source＂.
