摘要
介绍国内外雷管卡口工序现状及存在的缺陷,提出一种自动闭锁装置应用到雷管卡口工序中,并对所选择传感器的进行了试验和数据分析;同时对系统的硬件设计和软件设计分别做了介绍。该装置彻底地消除了雷管卡口工序过程中存在的安全隐患。对于提高雷管卡口工序的生产安全性有着重要的意义。
On introduction to the current situation and existing defects at home and abroad detonator crimping operation process, a couple lock device brought forth to apply to the detonator crimping operation. The analysis to the test data from the chosen sensor was carried out, the design of its hardware and software were described. This device eliminates potential safety hazard existing in the crimping operation. There is important value to improve production security of detonator crimping operation process.
