摘要
为了测量工件表面的应变,建立了弹性体表面微观形貌的数学建模,利用模型推导出切向应变与法向应变存在的线性关系,提出了面阵CCD测量工件表面的粗糙度的方法,利用推倒的关系达到测量工件应变的目的,为研制新型非接触光学应变测量仪提供了参考。通过实际系统测试表明,该测量方法是正确性的。
For measuring the strain of the workpiece, the microstructure model of the surface on the elastomer was built, the linear- relationship between the shearing strain and radial strain was presented. The surface roughness on a workpiece was measured by using CCD and the strain on a workpiece was measured by the induced relationship. It conduces to making novel untouched optical instruments for measuring strain, the results were validated by the simulation.
