摘要
电子雕刻系统采用高频电—机械转换器作为记录元件,常用的光栅图像处理器不能适用。我们研制了一种新的光栅图像处理器,在图像解析和栅格化的基础上,采用图像锐化和基于边缘检测的图像补偿方法对图像作进一步优化处理,有效地提高了雕刻图像的清晰度,减小了雕刻图像的边缘锯齿并消除了高频电—机械转换器阶跃响应滞后特性对雕刻图像的影响。实验应用表明该光栅图像处理器处理速度快,数据传输稳定可靠,处理后的图像雕刻效果好,能够满足电子雕刻系统的应用要求。
Electronic engraving system uses electromechanical converter as its record component, therefore, the conventional Raster Image Processor are not suitable for the electronic engraving system. A new Raster Image Processor for the electronic engraving system is presented based on image interpretation and cell division, and it employs image enhancement and image compensation for optimization, makes image's margin smoother, and eliminates influence of the electronic converter's dynamic characteristic on engraving results. Application and experiments show that the new Raster Image Processor has advantage of high speed, reliable data transmission and good engraving quality, it can meet requirements of the electronic engraving system.
