文章采用微观与宏观相结合的方法分析农村民事纠纷,首先借助法理学的基本理论将农村民事纠纷进行类型化,将农村民事纠纷划分为财产类、人身类两大类型,其次再对两大类型细分为多种农村民事纠纷类型,最后分别从文化学、政治学、社会学的角度对农村民事纠纷的特征、产生原因进行了宏观基础分析,指出要解决农村民事纠纷必然立足于农村特有的环境背景才能够从根本上得以解决。

The paper analyses rural civil sisputes through the means of combining microcosmic and macroscopic. First, rural cicil disputes are placed in two categories according to basic theories of jurisprudence. One category is about property, and the other is about person. Second, the two main categories are classified into different kinds of rural civil disputes in detail. Last, from the angle of civilization, politics and sociology, the paper analyses the characters and the causes of rural civil disputes. It points out that if we want to solve them, we should base ourselves on the special rural environmental background. Thus, we can solve them thoroughly.
