键合型聚磷腈二阶非线性光学材料的研究进展

摘要 二阶非线性光学材料在光电子技术中的广泛应用已经得到了人们的极大重视。键合型聚磷腈二阶非线性光学材料是一类具有特殊结构和性能的新型功能材料。在介绍其特性、分类和合成方法的同时强调了二阶非线性生色团的复合效应和取代聚磷腈的后官能化反应。并指出了其存在的问题和发展的潜力。 The rapid growth of second - order nonlinear materials in the use of optoelectronic technology has attracted intensive attentions, because polyphosphazenes for second -order nonlinear materials is a new functional material that has many unique structures and characterizations. This paper introduces the special characterizations, classification and synthesis methods of the materials. And the significances are given to the complex effects of the second - order nonlinear chromophores and the post - functional reaction of the substituted polyphosphazenes. The problems in contemporary and development potentiality were also pointed out in this paper.
