摘要
开发了低温液相法生产不溶性硫磺新工艺。采用正交试验法得出了低温液相法制备中品位不溶性硫磺的适宜条件:添加剂(碘)用量0.08%,恒温温度280℃,恒温时间60 m in,急冷液浓度6%。并以单因素法对浸取温度、物料比等浸取工艺参数进行了探讨,其合适条件分别为:浸取温度75℃,固液比1∶15,浸取时间90 m in。在最适宜条件下制备的不溶性硫磺性能指标优于化工行业标准HG/T2525-93。充油性产品高温稳定性(105℃,15 m in)达到94.70%。
The new process is developed through low temperature liquid polymerization to produce insoluble sulphur. The optimum production conditions of semi - finished product determined by orthogonal design are as follow : stabilizer is 0.08% , temperature is 280 ℃, reacting time is 90 min and concentration of quenching medium is 6. 0%. The suitable conditions of leaching process obtained are as follows: temperature is 75℃, the quality of finished production is superior to HG/T2525 -93, the high temperature stability (105℃, 15 min) reach 94.7%.
