摘要
氧氟沙星是全合成的第三代喹诺酮类广谱高效抗菌药,用荧光光谱法研究了氧氟沙星与β-环糊精之间的包合作用,测得了包合常数,结果表明β-环糊精与氧氟沙星能很好包合。该研究为进一步应用β-环糊精改性氧氟沙星提供了依据。
Ofloxacin is one of the best third- generation quinoline wide -spectrum antibiotic. The inclusion complex of β- CD with OFLX was studied by fluorescence method, and the result shows that it is possible to modify OFLX by inclusion with CD.
