摘要
为克服普通冲入球化法球化剂加入量大、烧损严重等因素对高质量要求的汽配球铁件性能的不利影响,对处理包结构和覆盖方式进行了改进,取得了预期效果。
In order to avoid the high addition amount and high treating loss of nodularizing alloy in normal pour-over nodularizing treating process that is unfavourable to properties of automobile nodular iron castings with high quality requirements, the construction of treating ladle and covering method of nodularizing alloy pit was improved. As a result, the expected effect was reached.
