摘要
配额取消后中国纺织品出口的问题是2005年备受关注的问题,当前纺织品行业发展面临一些问题,呈现出新的特点,我国纺织品行业发展应该采取几项措施——国际法规的熟悉和运用、行业协会的完善和产业升级,并指出纺织品贸易问题的解决是需要政府、行会和企业配合的一项系统工程。
The issue of textile exports after the quota abolishment is the most concerned topic in 2005. This article briefed the problems and new characteristics for the development of textile industry, and analyzed the measures that should be adopted by China textile industry, including understanding and implementation of international laws ＆ regulations, improvement of industry association and upgrading of industry. Also, this article indicated that the settlement for textile trades is a systematic work, which needs the cooperation among government, industry association and enterprises.
