国内外学者对金融发展与经济增长的关系研究较多,很少深入研究发展中国家金融发展与经济结构转变的关系。本文分析了我国金融发展影响产业结构升级的内在作用机制,并利用我国1978至2002年的相关数据对影响产业结构升级的因素做实证研究,最后,提出相应的政策建议。

The domestic and international scholar made much research about the relation between financial development and economic growth .But they seldom investigate the relation between financial development and economic structure transformation in developing country . This text has analyzed the inherent function mechanism of financial development of our country influencing upgrading of industrial structure. Then it made positive research about between financial development and upgrading of industrial structure from 1978 to 2002 in china. At last ,the text puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
