摘要
本文从人力资本产权特征入手,理论上探讨了经营者作为人力因素只能激励不能压榨,并结合当前国有企业经营者激励机制的现状,提出了建立国有企业经营者激励机制的对策。
According to the characteristics of human capital's property rights, this paper theoretically discusses the reasons that managers as a human resource factor must be motivated. The paper puts forward some fresh ideas in combination with current implementation of the simulation mechanism on managers of SOEs.
