我国加入CAC后引发的思考和启迪

摘要 全球食品安全形势相当令人担忧,主要表现在食源性疾病不断上升,恶性食品污染事件接二连三,世界经贸也不断因食品安全问题引发纠纷,有鉴于此,FAO和WHO以及世界各国均加强了食品安全工作. CAC ( Codex Alimentarius Commission ) has 170 member countries and area, represents 98% population of the world. The Food Code of CAC has become the only important basic reference standard for the global consumers, the food production and processor, the various countries' food management structure and international food trade. This article summerized the system of international food safety control, the CAC Code and the goal of the CAC code ;and primarily analyzed five cases of technical barriers of trade by using the CAC Code, and the Accord of SPA & TBT.
