保鲜食品属"低附加值"产品,而物流运作受24小时有限运作时间段的限制.物流本身如果超过有限能力发展的"饱和点"--物流成本的上升、效率的下降.必将牵涉到生产企业、销售部门的改变和发展,才能保持物流本身运作的低成本、高效率的可行性.各个企业都存在"产、供、销"三个方面长远的系统发展的计划工程.也就是三个部门发展如何始终处在高效率、低成本状态,物流服务的企业及物流本身才能做大做强.
How can make logistic operation ability developing to the trend of high efficiency and low cost? To discuss this question, some procedures and cases on refrigeration operating way of Bright Dairy Co., Ltd, including basic operating pattern and responsibility division, effective hypothesis in supply chain plan and the importance of fine management on 'Time chain', were analyzed in this article by Xu Zongzong to provide reference and the research for relative enterprises. And hope to initiate the ponder of refrigerated freshness logistic.
