由中国焙烤食品糖制品工业协会、全国冰淇淋专业委员会、全国糖果巧克力专业委员会主办的"第四届中国冰淇淋及糖果巧克力原辅料及设备展览会"于2005年11月10～12日在上海光大会展中心举行.
Sponsored by the China Association of Bakery & Confectionery Industry, the National Ice Cream Professional Committee and the National Candy & Chocolate Professional Committee, the 4th session of China Ice Cream and the Candy & Chocolate Ingredients and Equipments Exhibition was held at the Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition on 10th-12th November, 2005. Many new products, equipment, raw material, formula and craft were first appeared in this session of exposition, and promoted Chinese ice cream, candy, chocolate end product diversification.
