加强电子废弃物管理的政策制度研究

Study on the Strategies & Measures to Reinforce Waste Electronics Management

系统分析了我国在电子废弃物回收与处理管理方面存在的问题与不足,通过借鉴发达国家在政策制度建设方面的经验,从系统的角度提出了加强电子废弃物管理的对策体系,结合我国经济发展的阶段性特点,提出了在法律法规制度建设、社会回收网络体系建设、社会化监管和产业发展激励等方面的政策措施与管理机制。

Through systemic analyzing the deficiency in callback and recycle of electronics castoff, and taking the experience of establishing policy system of our country for reference, the paper carried out the countermeasure systems to reinforce electronic castoff management from the view of system. And according to the stage characteristics of economic development of China, it put forward the management mechanism and policy measures to consummate law and rules, construct social callback systems, reinforce socialization supervising, and encourage industry development.
