烧结温度对碳钢基钢结硬质合金TLMW50覆层力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用液相烧结技术成功地将爆炸压制后的钢结硬质合金混合粉末(对应国家牌号TLMW50)复合在碳素钢的表面.为判断碳钢基钢结硬质合金TLMW50覆层的力学性能,通过三点弯曲和硬度测试研究了1 335~1 350 ℃区间内不同烧结温度对覆层硬度和结合强度的影响.结果表明:在试验温度范围内,TLMW50覆层与碳钢基结合强度和覆层硬度均随着烧结温度的增加而提高,且在1 350 ℃下烧结界面冶金结合状况良好,覆层力学性能较好. Steel-bonded cemented carbide powder mixture(TLMW50) processed by explosive compaction was successfully bonded to the surface of carbon steel through liquid phase sintering. In order to determinate the mechanical property of steel-bonded cemented carbide TLMW50 cladding, study is made of the effect of different sintering temperature at 1 335-1 350℃ on the hardness and bonding strength of the cladding through 3-point bending and hardness test. The test results showed that the hardness of TLMW50 cladding and bonding strength between TLMW50 cladding and carbon steel substrate was increased with the increase of the sintering temperature, a good metallurgical bonding condition in sinter interface and good mechanical property of the cladding were found at 1 350℃.
