摘要
对1日龄雏鸡感染鸡传染性贫血病(CIA)病毒(CIAV)后外周血液中免疫球蛋白含量的动态变化进行了研究。结果发现,感染 CIAV 雏鸡外周血液的 IgG、IgM 和 IgA 含量均程度不同地低于未感染 CIAV 的对照雏鸡。其中 IgG 和 IgM 分别在感染 CIAV 后14,21,28,35和7,14,21,28,35及42天明显降低;而 IgA 仅在感染后14,21和28天明显减少。表明感染 CIAV 的雏鸡体液免疫功能呈现抑制。
The present experiment was undertaken to detect thedynamic changes of immunoglobulin(Ig)content in serum of chicksinfected with chicken infectious anemia virus(CIAN)at one-day old.Theresults were as follow:the contents of IgG,IgM and IgA in serum of CIAVinfected Chicks were decreased significantly comparaed with those ofthe controls at 14～35 days,7～42 days,14～28 days respectivelypostinfection.The results Showed that CIAV infection can producesuppression of fluid immune funcyions in chicks.
