全直肠系膜切除在治疗直肠癌中的应用
摘要
外科手术是目前治疗直肠癌最有效的方法.然而直肠癌传统术式术后局部复发率为20%～30%,复发率与病理分期有关,DukesC期患者局部复发率40%以上,局部复发是影响患者长期生存率的主要问题[1].
