消化道肿瘤病人的肠内免疫营养支持进展
摘要
恶性肿瘤病人常存在不同程度的营养不良和免疫功能抑制,部分进展期病人还可出现恶病质征象.这种状态将直接影响整个治疗过程,不利于原发病的治疗,降低病人的生活质量,甚至影响预后.因此,合理有效地提供营养支持.
