摘要
从细木工板的发展现状概述了开发绿色环保细木工板的必要性,介绍了试制绿色细木工板的试验结果。试验结果显示,BL-甲醛消纳剂与UF树脂兼容,加消纳剂后的UF树脂的黏度及pH可满足生产需要。在UF树脂中加入10%左右的消纳剂在实验室及试生产中可生产出物理力学性能合格的E_0细木工板。
Based on analysis of existing condition of blockboard development, this paper describes the necessity of developing green blockboard and introduces experiment results of preparing the green blockboard. The results show that BL-formaldehyde scavenger is compatible with UF, and the pH and viscosity of UF added with the scavenger could meet the requirement for production. Also, it is showed E0 grade environment-friendly blockboards with qualified physical and mechanical properties could be produced by adding about 10 % BL-formaldehyde scavenger into UF resin in both lab experiment and pliot-scale production.
