摘要
应用全收粪尿法对绵羊在高山禾草—嵩草型草地磷消化代谢率的季节动态规律进行了研究。草地植被的优势种垂穗披碱草在孕穗—抽穗期、盛花期、成熟期和枯黄期,分别测得绵羊对牧草干物质的消化率为63.98%、58.78%、54.14%和50.40%,磷的消化率为16.94%、8.62%、18.83%和-2 8.99%,磷的代谢率为96.84%、95.53%、97.64%和-102.7%。干物质消化率随着牧草的生长而降低且在不同的试验期之间差异极显著(P<0.01)。磷的消化率在暖季(7~9月)差异不显著(P>0.05)。磷的代谢率在牧草成熟期与孕穗-抽穗期和盛花期差异显著(P<0.05)。从牧草枯黄(10月上旬)开始,绵羊磷的消化代谢率均为负值,每天消耗体内磷约0.25g/头。
Seasonal dynamics of the digestibility and metabolic rate of phosphorus by sheep in grass—kobresia alpine grassland were studied with all feces collection method.The results showed that the dry matter digestibility rate(DMDR)was 63.98%、58.78%、54.14% and 50.40%,the digestibility rate(DR)of P was 16.94%、8.62%、18.83% and-28.99%,the metabolic rate(MR)of P was 96.84%、 95.53%、 97.64% and-102.7% when the Elymus nutans of dominant during booting to jointing, blooming,ripening and withered respectively.The DMDR deereased while the herbage growing and there were highly significant between different experimental period(P<0.01).The DR of P was not significant on warming season(P>0.05).There were significant MR of P between ripening and booting to jointing (P<0.05).The value of DR and MR of P was negative when the herbage withered(early October),the P losed from the sheep body was approximatly 0.25g head per day.
