白癜风药物治疗的进展和临床应用评价

The Advancement and Clinical Evaluation of Drug Therapy for Leucoderma

目的:回顾白癜风药物治疗的进展情况,并评价其临床疗效和安全性。方法:查阅近期国内外文献,并结合临床实践,对白癜风药物治疗的进展和临床应用进行评价。结果与结论:白癜风是皮肤科常见病,目前病因尚不完全清楚,因而治疗还比较困难。对白癜风的治疗,包括药物治疗、物理治疗、外科手术治疗,要根据患者具体情况,采取不同的治疗方法。不管是药物治疗,还是其他疗法,都应遵循及早、长期、综合、不要轻易变更治疗方法的原则,才能收到最大效果。

OBJECTIVE： To review the advancement of drug therapy for leucoderma and evaluate clinical efficacy and the safety. METHODS： By looking up recent literatures at home and abroad and combining with clinical practice, the advancement of drug therapy for leucoderma and its clinical application were made a review. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Leucoderma is the common disease of dermatology. Up to now, its etiopathogenisis is still not very clear, so its treatment is also difficult. Now treatment of leucoderma has included drug therapy, physiotherapy and surgical operation. Different treatment methods should be taken based on each patient＇ s specific condition . Whatever is drug therapy or other therapies, the principle of early, long - term, synthetic and not easily changing treatment method must be followed. Thereby, satisfactory results can be obtained.
