摘要
以马来酸酐(MA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,甲苯为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,进行共聚反应,制得MA/MMA/St/AM四元共聚物;再以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,MA/MMA/St/AM四元共聚物与十八醇进行酯交换反应,制得梳状聚合物,即油溶性降粘剂MASM。确定了共聚反应中最佳合成条件:n(MMA):n(MA):n(st):n(AM)=10:2:3:1,引发剂用量为1.0%,反应温度为70℃。酯交换反应中MA/MMA/St/AM四元共聚物与十八醇最佳摩尔比为1:1。对降粘剂MASM进行了室内评价,结果表明,在50℃下,当降粘剂MASM加量为300mg/L时,降粘率达90.5%。
MA/MMA/St/AM tetrapolymer was prepared by copolymeration with maleic anhydride, methyl methacrylate, styrene, and acrylic amide as materials, toluene as solvent, and azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator. The oil - soluble viscosity reducer MASM, a comb - like polymer, was synthesized by transesterification of the tetrapolymer with octadecanol under catalysis of toluene sulfonic acid. The optimum copolymeration condition was as follows: n (MMA): n(MA) : n(St) : n(AM) = 10:2:3:1 ,initiator 1.0% ,reaction temperature 70 ℃ .The optimum molar ratio of MA/ MMA/St/AM tetrapolymer to octadecanol in transesterification was 1 : 1. The result of laboratory evaluation on viscosity reducer MASM showed that viscosity reduction rate was up to 90.5 % under the condition of temperature 50 ℃ and viscosity reducer MASM 300 mg/L.
