摘要
构建和谐校园、建立和谐的师生关系,平视学生是一条重要的途径。在教育教学中教师要平视学生的认知特点、平视学生的情感和意志,平视学生的个性心理,充分尊重和信任他们,才能使校园更加和谐、师生更加和谐、教学更加和谐。
Identifying with students is an important way of construction harmonious campus and building close relationship with them. To achieve this purpose, teachers should empathize with students'cognitive ability, feelings, mind, and respect and trust them in the process of teaching.
