立芷雪联合洛赛克治疗重型颅脑外伤合并上消化道出血的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Reptilase Combined with Omeprazole in Treating Severe Craniocerebral Injury Complicated with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的:观察立芷雪联合洛赛克治疗重型颅脑外伤合并上消化道出血的疗效。方法:178例患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组应用立芷雪联合洛赛克治疗,对照组单用洛赛克治疗,均连用3d。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为96·55%、84·62%,2组疗效有显著性差异(P<0·05)。结论:立芷雪联合洛赛克治疗重型颅脑外伤合并上消化道出血疗效好。

OBJECTIVE： To observe the therapeutic effect of reptilase combined with omeprazole in treating severe craniocerebral injury complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. METHODS： A total of 178 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group were treated with reptilase in combination with omeprazole and control group received single omeprazole with 3 days, RESULTS： The effective rates in treatment group and control group were 96.55% and 84.62 %, respectively, there was significant difference between 2 groups（P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION ： Reptilase combined with omeprazole is effective for treatment of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
