不同洁牙方法对牙体表面影响的扫描电镜评价

The evaluation of scanning electronic microscope about several scaling methods

目的:评价几种临床常用洁牙方法对牙体组织造成的损害程度。方法:应用超声波洁牙机、手工洁治器、龈下刮治器、喷沙等洁牙方法对离体牙进行洁治,然后对其表面做扫描电镜观察,抛光后,再观察其损伤恢复的程度。结果:喷沙对牙体组织的损伤最小,手工洁治器、牙下刮治器对牙骨质有一定的损害,超声波洁牙机损害最大;经抛光后牙体组织变得较光滑。结论:经喷沙后的牙齿不需抛光,用其他3种方法洁治后,牙齿需进行抛光处理。

Objective： To Evaluate the injury of the teeth about the several scanling methods. Methotis： To use the ultrasonic scaler,scaler,scraper and sand blast to clean the teeth, then to scan the samples with electronic microscope. Through polishing the teeth,to observe the recovery degree. Results： The results show that injury degree by sand blast is the lowest,scaler and scraper is middle,the ultrasonic scaler is the most serious.But after being polished, the superfacial structure of all the samples became smooth. Conclusion： There is no need to polish teeth when use the sand blast method,but it is need to polish teeth after using other three methnds.
