2型糖尿病简易胰岛素抵抗测定方法的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨几种简易胰岛素抵抗(IR)测定方法的准确性,为临床评价IR提供客观指标。方法:用基础状态法中4种不同表达方法以及口服葡萄糖耐量试验对90例2型糖尿病患者体内IR程度进行检测,计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。以定量胰岛素敏感性检测指数(QUICKI)作为标准,其余方法得出的ISI与之进行相关分析。结果:1/FINS×FBG法、HOMA法和OGTT法的ISI与QUICKI相关系数分别为0.98、0.92、0.61(P<0.05),FBG/FIns的ISI相关系数为0.42(P>0.05)。结论:基础状态法中1/FINS×FBG法和自我平衡模型分析(HOMA)法与QUICKI法相关性较好,是两种简单、能较准确地评价IR的方法;OGTT法也能够粗略地评价体内IR程度;而由FBG/FINS计算出的ISI相关性较差,是一种不可靠的检测IR方法。 Objective: To discuss the accuracy resistance OR) for clinical purposes. Methods: By FBG/FINS,1/(FBGxFINS),HOMA and QUICKI)and of several methods to detect the degree of insulin using four kinds of basic condition methods(namely OGTY method, 90 T2DM patients were tested and calculated their insulin sensitivity indices (ISis). Then to use the QUICKI as standard and statistically analyzed the correlativities among these methods. Results: The correlation values between 1/(FBGx FINS),HOMA,OGTY and QUICKI were 0.98,0.92 and 0.61 respectively (P〈0.05).Yet the correlation value between FBG/FINS and QUICKI was 0.42 (P〉0.05). Conclusion: 1/(FBGxFINS)and HOMA are simple,precise methods to assess the degree of IR and they are very well related to QUICKI method; OGTY can also assess IR to some extent;but FBG/FINS is not a reliable method to detect IR.
