有效的软件开发项目风险管理模型 被引量:3

摘要 软件开发项目充满风险,要想获得软件开发项目的成功,就必须切实加强软件企业风险管理的意识和能力。本文在对经典的软件开发项目风险管理模型进行分析与研究的基础上,提出了风险管理有效实施的软件开发项目风险管理综合模型SRMI。
