摘要
本文分析了基于正交M元脉位调制的数字冲击无线电多址接收机性能。该接收机由M个相关器和一个判决器组成。推导了接收机在加性高斯白噪声信道下的输出信噪比公式。讨论了脉冲宽度、用户数、数据率对系统信噪比和误比特率的影响。采用超宽带冲击脉冲作为信号载体,分析了给定数据传输速率和误比特率情况下的接收机的多址性能。仿真表明:在多用户环境中,该接收机能在较低误比特率情况下提供较高数据率通信。
The performance of digital impulse radio multiple-access receiver(DIRMA) with orthogonal M-ary pulse position modulation(PPM) is analyzed. The receiver is composed of M correlators and one decision device. The output signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in an additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN) channel is calculated. The impact of pulse width, number of simultaneous active users and data rate on the SNR and bit error rate (BER) is dicussed. The multiple-access capability of the receiver is investigated using ultra-wideband(UWB) impulse signal with the given data rate and BER. Simulation shows this receiver can be used to provide extremely high data rate communication at low bit error rate for multi-user applications.
