摘要
针对具有不同形式偏好信息并且决策者的权系数信息不完全确定的群体决策问题,提出了一种群决策方法。该方法先将不同形式的偏好信息转化为互反判断矩阵形式,然后利用决策者权系数的不完全确定信息和互反判断矩阵,构建一个非线性规划模型,利用遗传算法求解非线性规划模型,得到方案的重要性程度值和决策者的最优权系数,进而确定方案的排序。最后实例说明该方法的有效性和可行性。
For the decision-making problem based on different forms of preference information and incomplete uncertain information on weights of decision-makers in a group, a group decision-making approach is proposed. In this approach, different forms of preference information are uniformly transformed into the form of reciprocal judgment matrix by the computational formulas. According to incomplete uncertain information on weights of decision-makers and reciprocal judgment matrix, a nonlinear programming model is developed. By using genetic algorithm to solve the nonlinear programming, the sort values of alternatives and the optimum weight vector on the decision-makers are gained, and the ranking on alternatives is attained. Finally, an example shows the feasibility and availability of this approach.
