摘要
针对C4ISR系统研制过程中存在的问题,提出了C4ISR系统研制基于过程的管理方法。该方法以软件能力成熟度模型和生命周期法为基础,对C4ISR系统研制的过程元素进行分析。在此基础上建立了由管理角色、过程工具和过程资源、关键过程类这三大元素构成的过程管理框架,并给出了一个C4ISR系统研制的过程管理系统的分析。
In order to solve the problem in the C^4ISR development, a management method for the development process of the C^4ISR is presented. Based on the model of the maturity degree of software ability and life cycle method, the process elements of the C^4ISR development are analyzed. On this basis, the process management frame with three elements, i.e. the management role, the process tool and process resources and the key process class is established. The management system for the development process of the C^4ISR system is studied.
