摘要
通过试验,分析了微合金元素Nb、V、Ti在钢中的作用及对16Mn系列中厚钢板低温韧性的影响。钢中加入微合金元素,采用合适的控轧控冷工艺,可以显著改善其低温冲击韧性,降低钢板的冷脆转变温度.
The effect of microalloy element of Nb,V,Ti in steel on the low-temperature toughness of 16Mn serious Middle & thick plates have been analyzed by proper test in this paper.Microalloy elements are added into steel,and appropriate control-cooling and control-rolling are taken,so the impact toughness in low temperature has improved remarkably,and the cold-short transfer temperature has become lower too.
