摘要
在帘线钢的生产中，通过采用Si—Mn合金终脱氧以及改变精炼渣系，达到控制钢中酸溶销含量，进而控制钢中夹杂物组成的目的，改善了夹杂物彤态；通过各个工艺环节的控制，降低了钢中总氧含量。
In the production process of tire cord steel, total oxygen and inclusion composition is controlled by using Si-Mn alloy and changing refining slag, and the inclusion morphology is improved greatly. By process controlling, total oxygen is reduced.
