Annexin家族在抗磷脂综合征血栓形成中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 抗磷脂抗体-磷脂结合蛋白复合物可破坏Annexin A5在细胞膜上有序排列,或者抗体直接结合膜上An-nexin A5,从而暴露膜的磷脂表面,这是抗磷脂综合征血栓形成并导致习惯性流产的病理机制之一。Annexin A2可介导抗β2GPΙ抗体/β2GPΙ复合物与内皮细胞膜结合,并将其激活而分泌黏附活性分子等,促使血栓形成。此外,Annexin家族其他成员抗体也与抗磷脂综合征的病理机制有关。
