摘要
介绍了900 MW机组大直径循环水管在施工过程中出现的较大的不均匀沉降问题。对曲率半径最小的管段进行了弯曲变形和应力分析,对其产生的原因进行了研究,提供了处理意见及依据。指出大直径循环水管的设计、施工中应采取的必要措施。
The large uneven subsidence of the large diameter cireulating water pipes of 900 MW units during the construetion process is introduced. The bending, deformation,and stress of the pipe section with the smallest curvature radius are analyzed, and the causes are studied. The treatment suggestions and the theoretical support are given, recommending the necessary, measures that should be adopted in design and construction of large diameter circulating water pipes.
